Vegetables are boiled separately and then they are covered with rice vinegar and white wine that make the mixed pickled vegetables light and flavoury.

How to use: Drain the vegetables before serving it and season with some EVO oil if you like it.

   
Ingredients: vegetables in variable proportion (courgettes, carrots, cauliflower, celery, red onions, fennels, peppers) (57%), rice vinegar (sulphite) (7%), white wine (sulphite), sugar, salt, pepper.
Produced in a factory using nuts, mustard, celery and sulphite.

Storage: cool place

Best before:  24 months from the production date
